By accessing l1febydesign.com (L1fe by Design is a venture of Attract Success, LLC), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.
L1fe by Design provides success tools, business consulting, coaching, and educational resources. Our suite includes AffiliateBot, Daily Track Planner, BetaWaves, and additional apps currently in development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Our websites contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we personally use and believe in. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Founding member pricing is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. A 7-day refund policy applies to new subscriptions — contact office@l1febydesign.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on our platforms — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Attract Success LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools remains your property.
Our platforms use artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attract Success LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Our platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
A. Nature of the Service. The Company Business Evaluation is a business operations assessment provided by Attract Success, LLC. Its purpose is to identify weaknesses in a company's organizational structure, operations and compliance practices, and to set out realistic blueprints for correcting those deficiencies. All findings are based solely on information supplied by the client.
B. Not Legal, Accounting or Regulatory Advice. Attract Success, LLC is not a law firm, and its owners and staff are not attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), auditors or licensed compliance officers. The evaluation, report and consultation are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, insurance, human resources or regulatory advice and must not be relied on as such. Attract Success, LLC is not an accrediting body or government agency, and no report is an official finding, audit, license or certification. Clients should consult a licensed attorney, CPA or their licensing or funding agency on matters within those professions.
C. Client Responsibility. The client is solely responsible for (1) the accuracy and completeness of the information provided; (2) all decisions made and actions taken, or not taken, based on the evaluation; and (3) its own compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts and licensing requirements. The evaluation covers only the areas and information presented and is not a complete review of every risk or requirement that may apply.
D. No Guarantee of Results. Attract Success, LLC does not guarantee any outcome, including an improved score, passing an audit or inspection, licensure, certification, accreditation, contract award, funding or revenue.
E. Limitation of Liability and Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attract Success, LLC and its owners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, penalty, fine or expense arising from or related to:
In no event shall Attract Success, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost contracts or loss of business. Total liability for any claim related to the evaluation shall not exceed the amount paid for the evaluation. By purchasing the evaluation, the client releases Attract Success, LLC from all such claims.
F. Additional Services. Policy manuals, back-office support, technology platforms, coaching and any other services are provided only under a separate written agreement and quote.
G. Confidentiality. Evaluation answers and reports are kept confidential, are not sold, and are not sent to any outside artificial-intelligence service. A client may request deletion by emailing office@attract-success.net.
H. Payment and Refunds. The evaluation fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable once charged. The only exception is a charge made in error (for example, a duplicate charge) reported within 7 days, which will be refunded in full. This section replaces any other refund terms for the evaluation.
I. Governing Law. This section is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with any dispute heard in the courts of Coweta County, Georgia.
